A day in service
Coffee's the one thing every restaurant under-thinks — at every hour.
01 — 06:30 — The morning rush
It starts before you do.
Brunch is the highest-volume, least-considered hour in the building — bottomless refills of something that's been stewing since prep. We roast for exactly this: a batch that holds cup after cup. At 9am, consistency is the difference between a second cup and a closed tab.

Fig. 01 — Brunch service, ~9:47am. Bottomless, and nobody's wincing.

Fig. 02 — Midday. The working lunch, the slow-table latte.
02 — 12:00 — The all-day table
Lunch, the lift, and the cup that walks out.
The quick americano with the working lunch, the latte that turns a slow table, the to-go cup that's a warm billboard on the sidewalk. We dial in espresso for milk and speed — so your espresso menu is an upsell, not a liability.

03 — 21:30 — The last cup
They judge the night by the last sip.
You plated every course with intention — then the coffee arrives flat. The cup that ends the meal is the cup that writes the review, the one that decides whether “we should go back” becomes a Tuesday. Make it the reason, not the regret.
Fig. 03 — Last table of the night. The cup that gets remembered.
A roaster, not a pod company
How old is the coffee you serve now?
Coffee peaks days after roasting, then fades for weeks. Most “restaurant coffee suppliers” ship pods and distributor bags roasted months ago. We roast to order and deliver in the window that matters — drag to see it.

The cup your guests should get. This is where we deliver.
Drag the timeline. Roasted to order, we deliver in the peak window — pods and distributor bags are months past it.

Straight answers
The questions you're actually asking.
How is this different from a regular restaurant coffee supplier?
Most 'restaurant coffee suppliers' are distributors whose business is equipment and pods; the coffee is an afterthought. We're a specialty roastery — we roast your coffee to order, choose it to suit your menu, and dial it in for your service. The cup is the point, not the contract.
Can you handle our volume — a packed brunch or a dinner rush?
Yes. Whether it’s a Saturday brunch slammed with bottomless refills or a dinner rush, we recommend beans and a brew setup that hold quality under pressure, dial in your recipe for speed and consistency, and schedule delivery so you never run short.
Is there a minimum order?
We keep minimums flexible — we'd rather start at a size that makes sense for your volume and grow from there than push a number that leaves beans sitting. Tell us your weekly usage in the sample-kit form and we'll recommend a starting point.
How fresh is the coffee, really?
We roast to order, practically every day — your coffee is roasted days before it reaches you, never months ago in a distribution centre. For cafés we typically roast about a week ahead and deliver weekly, so each batch arrives ready to rest and hit peak flavour right as you start serving it. We build the exact schedule, quantities, and delivery cadence with you.
Do you deliver, or do we have to order online?
Both. Across Toronto and the GTA we deliver locally on the schedule we build with you. Outside the GTA we ship fresh-roasted Canada-wide on a cadence that keeps you stocked.
We already have a supplier. Is switching a hassle?
It shouldn't be. Start with a free sample kit dialed in for your machine, keep your current supply running, and only switch once you're sure. We help you dial in grind and recipe so there's no gap in quality during the changeover.
Can you help with equipment?
Yes — if you need a grinder, brewer, or espresso machine, we coordinate equipment through trusted partners so you get set up properly. Mention it in the form and we’ll factor it into your program.
How do we get pricing?
Wholesale pricing depends on volume and format, so we quote it per account rather than posting a generic list. Request a sample kit, tell us your rough weekly usage, and we'll come back with pricing built around your program.
How do we get started?
Request your free sample kit using the form, or call us at (647) 601-7214. We taste with you, dial it in for your setup, agree on a program and pricing, and schedule your first delivery — usually the following week.
Taste it. On us.
Tell us about your restaurant — whatever kind it is — and we'll send a free sample, dialed in for your service. No commitment, no commodity.
