Shipping across Canada?
Yes. RoastAroma’s one-time orders ship nationwide, with free shipping on orders $60+. Subscription rates are shown in RoastPlan.
When do you roast?
Regular RoastAroma orders follow our roasted-to-order schedule. RoastPlan subscriptions roast Saturday after the 10 a.m. Toronto-time cutoff. Eligible local subscription deliveries arrive Sunday; courier subscription orders dispatch Monday.
Can I customize my RoastPlan?
With RoastPlan, choose from the roast and grind options available for each coffee, along with your amount and delivery interval of 1–6 weeks.
How does pickup work?
Self-serve pickup daily 12pm-7pm. You'll receive email notification when ready, with pickup instructions.
