Which private events can you serve?
RoastAroma plans staffed coffee-cart catering for birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, engagements, anniversaries, graduations, and other private celebrations across Toronto and the GTA.
What can guests order?
The core café menu includes Double Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, and Toasted Chocolate. Iced Drinks, Oat Milk, Matcha can be selected and priced with your event quote.
Can we add oat milk, matcha, or iced drinks?
Yes. Oat milk, matcha, and iced drinks can be added through the quote. Oat is the alternative milk currently available for event service.
Is this a coffee-cart rental?
It is a complete staffed coffee-cart service. RoastAroma brings the cart, professional barista, coffee, café equipment, cups, supplies, setup, live service, and cleanup. We do not offer an unstaffed cart or standalone barista hire.
What does the venue or home need?
We review access, a suitable working area, placement, power, and the service plan before confirming the booking. RoastAroma brings the prepared water used for espresso.
Can the coffee cart serve outdoors?
Outdoor service can be planned when there is safe access, stable placement, suitable power, cover, and an appropriate weather plan.
How is the quote calculated?
The quote uses your occasion, date, location, guest count, service time, power access, travel, and selected menu options. The event type remains visible and editable.
How far ahead should we reach out?
Send the event details once the date and location begin to take shape. Service is confirmed only after availability and logistics are reviewed.
