PRODUCTION NOTES

Before anythinggoes to print.

Artwork, approvals, venues and service.
What artwork do you need?

Supply production-ready vector logos, approved colours, and any campaign rules. We review the files before confirming branded production.

Which parts of the experience can be branded?

We can quote cups, menus, and an approved existing cart surface. Available surfaces depend on the event and production brief.

How does approval work?

After the brief, we confirm the proposed touchpoints, menu, service flow, and logistics. Branded production begins only after the relevant proof is approved.

How much production time is needed?

Timing depends on the touchpoints, supplied artwork, event date, and production requirements. Share the brief early so we can review the schedule.

Are there production minimums?

Any minimum depends on the approved branded item and supplier requirements. We confirm it in the scoped proposal.

What can the café serve?

The core menu is Double Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, and Toasted Chocolate. Iced drinks, oat milk, and matcha can be scoped with the brief.

What does the venue need?

We review access, placement, power, water, indoor or outdoor conditions, and service flow before confirming the plan.

Do you serve Toronto and the GTA?

Yes. Travel and any generator requirements are reviewed and quoted with the activation brief.

Can an agency submit for a client?

Yes. Agencies can share the campaign brief and manage approvals with the client. White-label service is not advertised.

How is this different from Corporate Events?

This service is for campaign-led experiences where branded expression is central. Standard employee, meeting, and client hospitality belongs to Corporate Events.
