Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for weekends during wedding season (May-October). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests—just reach out!
What drinks can you make?
We serve lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, flat whites, iced coffees, cold brew, and hot chocolate. All drinks are made with specialty-grade coffee from our Toronto roastery. We can also customize the menu for your event.
Can I choose which coffee beans you use?
Absolutely! We roast all our coffee in-house custom for your event. You can choose from any beans in our collection (browse at roastaroma.com/store), or we'll recommend something perfect for your event. The fresh-roasted aroma alone creates an unforgettable sensory experience for your guests.
Do you need access to power and water?
Our cart is fully mobile and self-contained. For most events, we bring everything we need including water. For longer events (4+ hours), access to power and water is helpful but not required.
How many guests can you serve?
We can comfortably serve 30-50 drinks per hour. For larger events, we can bring additional equipment or multiple carts. Let us know your guest count and we'll recommend the right setup.
What's included in the price?
Everything! Your package includes the coffee cart, professional barista, all equipment, coffee, milk, syrups, cups, lids, sleeves, napkins, setup, and cleanup. There are no hidden fees.
Do you do outdoor events?
Yes! We love outdoor events. Our cart works beautifully in gardens, backyards, parks, and patios. We just need a flat, stable surface and some protection from extreme weather if possible.
What's the booking process?
Simple! Give us a call or message to check availability. We'll send over a pricing guide, discuss your event details, and once everything looks good, we'll confirm with a contract and deposit. Easy!
