At RoastAroma, customers told us they wanted an easier way to receive their favourite coffee regularly. Updating preferences through emails and texts, or asking us to pause a delivery, added work to something that should fit naturally into a daily routine.
That is why we created RoastPlan, RoastAroma's coffee subscription. You choose your coffees and manage upcoming deliveries in your own account.
If you prefer to order only when you need coffee, our RoastAroma store still offers one-time orders roasted to order. RoastPlan is the recurring option, with its own weekly roast cycle.
Choose your coffee and your routine
RoastPlan lets you build a subscription around what you like to drink:
- Coffee selection: choose individual coffees from the current range. Keep a favourite or change your selection before a future delivery.
- Roast and grind: choose from the available options for each coffee. Check the selection rather than assuming every coffee supports every preparation.
- Amount: choose how much you need, using the minimum and quantity options shown for each coffee.
- Delivery interval: receive coffee every 1–6 weeks. A weekly roast cycle does not mean you have to order every week.
- Plan management: change coffees and manage future deliveries in your account. Make changes before Saturday at 10 a.m. Toronto time for the upcoming roast.
There is no minimum number of deliveries. You can pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries, subject to the cutoff. Orders already in progress are still fulfilled and remain payable. Read how changing your RoastPlan works for the practical details.
RoastPlan's Saturday roast cycle
RoastPlan subscriptions are roasted on Saturday after the 10 a.m. Toronto-time cutoff. Eligible local deliveries arrive on Sunday; courier orders dispatch on Monday.
This schedule belongs to RoastPlan subscriptions, not regular one-time RoastAroma orders. Courier arrival dates depend on the destination and shipping option, so use the estimate for your address.
Coffee subscriptions in Toronto and nearby cities
Free Sunday delivery is available to eligible addresses in Ajax, Pickering, and Whitby.
Paid Sunday delivery is available to other eligible addresses within 45 km of Ajax. Explore the local information for Toronto, Scarborough, Markham, Oshawa, North York, or Richmond Hill, then check your address for the available services and rates.
Outside the local delivery area, RoastPlan offers coffee subscriptions across Canada with courier delivery. A coffee subtotal of $60 or more receives up to $10 off courier shipping; the final charge depends on your quote.
Built from the way our customers order
The original idea was simple: let customers handle routine changes themselves. A recurring coffee order should not require an email every time your plans change.
RoastPlan brings those choices together in one place. You can see the coffees in your plan, select their available options, and set an interval that suits how much you brew. RoastAroma continues to roast the coffee in Ajax, Ontario.
