Tucked away in Vietnam’s Lam Dong Province, this highland region- 1,600 meters above sea level- is where Đaroma begins its story. Here, mornings start with thick fog, afternoons bring a cool breeze through the hills, and rich, volcanic soil feeds the land. For generations, families in Cau Dat have tended to Arabica coffee trees with a kind of quiet devotion that’s hard to find anywhere else. They don’t rush the process. Every cherry is picked by hand, only when perfectly ripe. And depending on the lot, they might sun-dry the beans naturally, or use washed or honey processing methods to coax out different layers of flavor. We roast those beans fresh to order in small batches right here in Ajax, Ontario. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be bought. Each order is roasted just for you, which means you're getting coffee at its absolute peak: aromatic, lively, and full of character. So, what does Đaroma taste like? It’s bright and elegant, with floral top notes that almost sparkle. You’ll notice hints of honey, maybe a bit of citrus, and if you pay attention, a soft touch of cocoa or ripe red fruit.
