Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Options range from next-day to standard delivery.
Roasting Guarantee
Your coffee will be roasted within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and holidays when our roastery is closed).
Note: If orders are placed when our roastery or shipping partners are closed (weekends, holidays), roasting and dispatch will commence when operations resume.

Coffee Return Policy
Order Accuracy Guarantee
We guarantee that you will receive exactly what you ordered. If your order does not match what you purchased (wrong coffee, incorrect grind, damaged packaging, etc.), we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Important: We do not offer refunds based on taste preferences. Coffee is a perishable agricultural product with natural flavor variations. All sales are final once the correct order has been fulfilled.

Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may ship the product back to us or drop it off at our Ajax location during business hours.
