Processing Time:

  • Roasting Time: All of our coffee is roasted to order, ensuring peak freshness. Orders are typically roasted within 24-48 hours after they are placed.
  • Rush Orders: If you need your order urgently, you can request a rush order to be fulfilled within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though this may depend on current demand.

Shipping Time:

  • Shipping Options: Once your order is roasted, it will be shipped based on the carrier and shipping option you select at checkout. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) typically takes 1-3 business days after roasting is complete. For other locations within Canada, delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping option selected.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
